SKF Y - bearing, usually called insert bearings, generally USES 62 63 series of sealing and deep groove ball bearings, with spherical diameter (figure). These bearings are different, and the size of the series with one or both of the standard internal circle or extends the inner circle.
The main difference between bearing series in bearing in what way to installation on the shaft. The most commonly used methods including

-- eccentric clamping sets lock (FIG.)
-- sleeves lock (FIG.)

SKF standard varieties including a rolling bearing steel and stainless steel manufacturing, and Y - bearing a zinc plating Y - bearing.

Besides standard varieties, SKF Y - bearings include

-- with square hole or tureet Y - bearing (FIG.)
-- special Y - bearing

Will the Y - bearing installed to appropriate housings, constitute Y - bearing unit, it can accommodate a certain degree of initial error (for example), but usually does not allow the axial displacement. This device can be used to form a simple and economical bearing configuration. Due to its extensive applicability and good cost/benefit ratio, Y - bearing device used in agricultural machinery, construction equipment, transmission system, textile machinery and fan, food &beverage processing, and packaging machinery.
